The 'Bartlett' Pear tree bears tasty, edible fruits that have a yellowish green skin and white flesh. Pears ripen in late summer. The tree has showy white blossoms in spring and dense foliage for shade in summer. A self fruiting variety, although planting together with another variety that flowers at the same time in spring will help increase yields.

- Self fertile, no cross pollinator needed for fruit set
- Most popular pear variety
- A favorite pear for cooking, canning and eating fresh from the tree
- Requires 600 chill hours of a winter temperature below 45 degrees
- Tree is grown in and ships in a 5 gal. pot and is approximately 5 ft. tall after planting in ground
- We’re sorry, due to state or federal regulations, this plant cannot be shipped to Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah or Washington
- May ship in a dormant state, with bare branches and no leaves, especially in early spring when plant has been pruned back to promote lateral branching
- To accommodate mature size or when planting in groups, space 20 ft. away from other plants or structures
- Performs best in plant growing zones 5 to 9, when grown in other zones, special care will be necessary
